 HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

 

Place an order:
- Select the desired color and size 
- Add the product to your Shopping Bag
- Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Bag
- Select a shipping method and a payment method
- Enter your shipping details and on the following page, your payment details.
- Check that the information you entered is correct and click on "Proceed to checkout"

After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. As soon as your order has shipped, we will notify you with another email.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER? 

 

Estimated deliver time begins when you receive your shipping confirmation email.

 

Orders may take 24-36 hours to process. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 

 

To check the status, please enter your order number in the search option on our website. 

Please note: order processing may take up to 24-36 hours. You will receive a confirmation email in the confirmation email you will receive your tracking number and start tracking your order as it ships. After it ships, your order will be delivered via your selected delivery method. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

 

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed.  After that time period your order will begin processing, and can no longer be changed.

Please be sure that the address is correct before placing any orders.

 

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER? 

 

Your order number is listed near the top of your order confirmation email — sent to you within 15-20 minutes of purchasing.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF ADARA MIZAR RECEIVED MY ORDER? 

 

You will receive an email confirmation from Adara Mizar, with an order number. 

 

DELIVERY 

 

The delivery takes usually between 2 to 5 working days for domestic orders.

 

DOES ADARA MIZAR SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 

Yes we do. All orders outside the United States ship via DHL International Express . 

Please note that some international packages might be subject to customs delays or extra fees according to country laws.

 

WILL I GET CHARGED A CUSTOM FEE?

 

If you live outside the US, you might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country. This rarely happens as customs usually don't care much about one parcel, but if it does, you might have to pay around 15-20% of the purchase price to your government (check your local rates for more details).

 

Returns

 

We want you to love your Adara Mizar Handbag, we also understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail within 7 days of a delivered confirmation for a refund in your original form of payment. (Note: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories in unused and unworn condition.)

 

  • Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all Adara Mizar item tags attached and any related accessories or booklets included.
  • Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything Adara Mizar reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
  • The item can only be returned from the original shipping Country/Region
  • If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. 

 

CAN I USE MY OWN RETUN LABEL?

 

You can certainly use a different courier than the one that delivered the package. Please send the return to the following address:

Adara Mizar  is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service. If you use your own return method, no return fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. You may return for a full refund and place a new order.

 

REFUND POLICY 

 

  • Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 7-9 business days.

 

  • The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.

 

  • You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures.
